If you have a current or completed project with us you can use the Sozatech HelpDesk to submit a request for support, report a bug, ask questions, or request additional services. Here are some helpful tips:
IDENTIFY YOUR PROJECT
In an effort to service your request as quickly as possible needless delay can be avoided if you properly identify your project. Please include the domain name of your website or the name of your app in your inquiry. Otherwise, please include your full name (and/or the name of the principle client) and current contact information.
If you are experiencing a bug then it would be exceptionally beneficial if you can include a screenshot of your error using the attachment section at the bottom of the request.
TRAINING and SUPPORT
If you need assistance with your content management system or other feature of your project then please pre-pend your request with training: or support: so we can quickly route your request to the appropriate Swarm representative. Here is an example;
